Our Terms and Conditions
Accepting Our Terms
These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and Crownplay Casino, operated by Crownplay N.V. under licence 8048/JAZ2023-056 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. By creating an account, logging in or placing a single wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by every clause in them.
The agreement takes effect the moment you complete registration. If you do not accept any part of these terms, do not open an account, and if you already hold one, close it and stop playing. We publish the current version on this page at all times, and the version you accepted at registration remains relevant to any dispute arising from that period.
Who May Register With Us
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to hold an account with us. One account per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method. We verify this during registration and at withdrawal.
- You must not be resident in a restricted jurisdiction, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, North Korea or Syria.
- You must register with your own legal name, date of birth and contact details. Details registered to a third party void the account.
- You must supply accurate, current information and update it in your profile when it changes.
- We may request identity documents at any point: photo ID or passport, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of your deposit method.
- Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period we specify allows us to suspend the account and withhold withdrawals until the checks are complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals and KYC
We accept PayID, Neosurf, CashtoCode, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, MiFinity, Jeton, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin for deposits, with a minimum of A$20. Withdrawals to Visa, bank transfer, Skrill, MiFinity and the listed cryptocurrencies start at A$30, with daily and weekly caps of A$5,000 and A$10,000 respectively. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 0 to 24 hours; fiat withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days. We charge no fees of our own, though your bank or wallet provider may apply theirs.
- 1. We process withdrawals only after successful KYC verification of your identity, address and payment method.
- 2. Withdrawals must return to the same method used for deposit wherever that method supports it.
- 3. An account left dormant for 12 consecutive months may be charged an administrative fee and may be closed after 24 months of inactivity, with any remaining balance returned to a verified payment method of yours.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
Bonus funds and free spins carry conditions, and every promotion we run has its own specific rules published alongside it. The general clauses below apply to all bonus offers on our platform unless a promotion states otherwise.
- 1. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion terms before winnings become withdrawable.
- 2. While an active bonus is running, the maximum permitted bet is limited; exceeding it can void the bonus and any winnings from it.
- 3. Certain games are excluded or contribute a reduced percentage towards wagering; the list appears in each promotion's terms.
- 4. Bonuses and free spins expire, generally 14 days after activation unless a promotion states otherwise.
- 5. Only one bonus may be active per account and per deposit at a time.
- 6. Misusing promotions, including low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value, gives us the right to cancel the bonus, reverse associated winnings and, for repeated abuse, close the account.
Conduct We Do Not Permit
Our platform is for genuine play. The conduct listed below breaches these terms, and where we detect it we may void bets, reverse winnings, confiscate balances and permanently close the account.
- Fraud of any kind, including false registration details and falsified documents.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits you made and played with.
- Multiple accounts held by one person or coordinated across a group of accounts.
- Collusion with other players to exploit promotions or game outcomes.
- Use of bots, scripts, automated tools or any software that interferes with normal play.
- Accessing our platform from a restricted jurisdiction through a VPN, proxy or any geolocation workaround.
- Exploiting software errors or malfunctions, which must be reported to [email protected] instead of being played on.
Limits and Self-Exclusion
You can set deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders in your account settings at any time, and we apply them immediately. If play stops being fun, you can request self-exclusion for a fixed period or permanently by contacting our support team, which is available 24/7 through live chat and email. During an exclusion we block your account from deposits and play, and we will not send you promotional material.
We also watch for signs of gambling harm on our side. Where our platform indicates a pattern that concerns us, we will contact you, offer information on support services and, where warranted, apply limits to your account pending your response. Gambling Help Online is reachable on 1800 858 858, around the clock, anywhere in Australia.
Closing Accounts and Complaints
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We will confirm your identity, settle any pending bets and return your withdrawable balance to a verified payment method. Should you have a complaint about our service or a disputed outcome, raise it with support first; we acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within a reasonable period, escalating internally where needed.
- 1. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, our licensing authority.
- 2. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and the courts of Curaçao have jurisdiction over disputes that we cannot settle directly with you.
- 3. Before pursuing any external remedy, please give us the chance to investigate, as most matters are resolved at the first point of contact.
How We Update These Terms
We review and update these terms regularly to reflect changes in our services, our licence conditions and applicable regulation. When we make a material change, we notify registered players by email or an in-account message at least seven days before the change takes effect, and we publish the updated version with a new effective date on this page. Minor or editorial changes take effect on publication.
Continuing to play after the effective date of a material change means you accept the updated terms. If a change does not suit you, close your account before it takes effect and we will return your balance, no questions asked.
